Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly of aircraft structural components following work instructions
Install rivets, fasteners, and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools
Ensure product quality through inspections and precise measurements
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
Follow strict safety and aerospace manufacturing protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace assembly preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Proficient in using tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and riveters
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and follow procedures
