Job Description:
La Ventana Glass is hiring experienced Glass Installers to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. This role involves the installation of custom windows, doors, and glass panels at residential and commercial job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport and install glass products on-site
Read blueprints and accurately follow measurements
Use hand tools and installation materials to secure products
Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction during installation
Maintain clean and organized work areas, including vehicles and tools
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in glass installation or glazing
Ability to lift and handle heavy glass panels
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic construction knowledge and experience with hand tools
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
