Job Description:
World Group is hiring a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for its Rocky River, OH warehouse facility. This role supports logistics operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and document incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and other documentation
Communicate with carriers and internal departments regarding deliveries
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management system
Follow company safety standards and operational guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
