About the job
As the Business Solutions Analyst, you will join IT & Data Team. You will contribute and provide a range of IT services within the multiple business functions like sales, finance or operations.

In your everyday work, you'll be responsible for:

identifying, designing and implementing business solutions that enhance operational efficiency
driving data-driven decision-making, and support growth across key FMCG functions such as sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance
acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate commercial needs into system requirements and technical specifications
analyzing current processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
supporting end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, solution design, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-implementation support
leading the adoption of new tools and systems by developing user training, documentation, and change management strategies
monitoring and reporting on the performance and ROI of implemented solutions, providing ongoing recommendations for optimization

About you
We expect you:

have a keen interest in IT solutions
2–3 years of experience in a business analysis or business solutions role, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors
excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
agile mindset and familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and articulate system functionalities in business-friendly terms
have an advanced knowledge of MS Office
speak Polish and English fluently
have knowledge and experience with IT architecture and databases (SQL, Azure, Power BI)
are familiar with SQL Stack (SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, Master Data Services), Power BI, Azure, Data Base, Data Warehouse, Big Data
