Job Description:
Kiser Harriss Chemical Distribution Centers is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage inbound and outbound logistics at our Belmont, NC distribution center. This role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation and smooth product flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee receiving of inbound shipments and verify against purchase orders
Coordinate outbound shipments and prepare bills of lading
Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management system
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with chemical handling regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination
Knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills
Experience in chemical distribution is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
