Job Description:
GE Aerospace is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process improvement, product quality, and production efficiency at our Hooksett, NH facility. This role is ideal for problem-solvers passionate about aerospace innovation and advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components
Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce cycle times
Design and implement tooling and fixtures
Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation
Analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Familiarity with CAD software and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and project management abilities
