Job Description:
Butterball is hiring Production Workers at our Mount Olive, NC facility. Join one of America’s leading turkey producers and help bring high-quality food products to market in a clean, safety-focused production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual tasks on a meat processing line (cutting, packing, or deboning)
Operate equipment in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow company policies and USDA regulations
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work in cold and wet environments
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
No prior experience required – training provided
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
