Job Description:
AmeriCold Logistics is seeking skilled Forklift Operators for its Santa Teresa, NM cold storage facility. This position is essential for maintaining product flow, ensuring accurate shipments, and supporting supply chain efficiency in a high-volume refrigerated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move inventory
Load and unload trucks and containers safely
Verify shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
Support cycle counting and restocking activities
Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
Valid forklift certification (or ability to certify upon hire)
Comfort working in cold storage and freezer environments
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks
Team player with a strong work ethic
