Job Description:
TATA Chemicals is hiring skilled Process Operators to join our soda ash production facility in Green River, Wyoming. In this role, you will help operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment in a large-scale industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor processing equipment including conveyors, kilns, and control systems
Perform routine checks and ensure safe and efficient production
Adjust equipment settings and process flows to maintain product quality
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Log production data and report any abnormalities or hazards
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
1+ year of industrial, chemical, or mining plant experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and wear PPE
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and nights
