Job Description:
La Ventana Glass is hiring Production Workers to support daily glass fabrication and assembly operations in our Las Cruces manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and handle glass sheets safely
Assemble and inspect window and door units
Operate hand tools and production machinery
Follow work orders, safety guidelines, and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Basic math and measuring skills
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
