Job Description:
MapleConnect Solutions is hiring friendly and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our support center in downtown Toronto. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information on products and services
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed
Update customer records using CRM systems
Meet individual and team service goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
Excellent spoken and written English (French is an asset)
Basic computer literacy and typing skills
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Work permit or legal status to work in Canada
