Job Description:
La Ventana Glass is seeking an experienced Glass Installer to join our Las Cruces installation team. This position involves traveling to job sites to install residential and commercial glass products including windows, doors, and custom panels.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport and install glass panels at client locations
Read blueprints and measurements accurately
Seal and secure glass products using appropriate materials
Communicate with customers and project managers
Maintain tools and ensure vehicle is properly stocked
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in glass installation or glazing
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of hand tools, levels, and construction basics
