Job Description:
Bost Truck Service is seeking a Parts Inventory Coordinator for our Springfield, IL warehouse. This role ensures efficient tracking, stocking, and distribution of commercial truck parts and supplies within our service network.
Key Responsibilities:
Track inventory levels of truck and trailer parts
Coordinate shipments between locations and vendors
Receive, inspect, and input parts into inventory system
Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with mechanics and service teams to fulfill part requests
Requirements:
High school diploma required; technical or logistics training a plus
2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with inventory software and basic computer use
Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
