Job Description:
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Aurora-based team supporting mission-critical space and ground systems. This role involves working in a collaborative environment to define system requirements, develop architectures, and ensure successful deployment of complex defense and intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage system requirements, interfaces, and architecture documentation
Perform system integration, testing, and verification
Support program milestones including design reviews and readiness assessments
Collaborate with software, hardware, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with government and program-specific engineering standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in systems engineering or defense/aerospace projects
Experience with DOORS, Cameo, or similar tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret or higher security clearance
