Job Description:
Westech/Wotco Inc. is hiring a Welding Fabricator at our Mills, WY manufacturing shop. The successful candidate will fabricate and repair custom steel components for mining, construction, and energy sector equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on carbon and alloy steels
Read blueprints and technical drawings to complete fabrication tasks
Measure, cut, and assemble steel structures and components
Use grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely and accurately
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and adherence to specs
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of fabrication and welding experience
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and welding symbols
Familiarity with structural steel standards and safety procedures
Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) preferred
