Job Description
As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be responsible for handling and processing both individual and group reservations. Every reservation is a potential lead for more business, and you know how to seize every commercial opportunity by asking the right questions and listening carefully. You’ll proactively inform guests and clients about the hotel’s possibilities. Our motto is "Feel Challenged," and this role certainly offers that!
Qualifications
You’re looking for a full-time role with flexible working days and hours.
You’re hospitable, service-oriented, and excited by the challenge of maximizing every commercial opportunity.
You can create a genuine connection with guests and ensure they feel truly “Welcome.”
You’re a strong communicator and speak excellent Dutch and English.
Ideally, you have a background in Tourism or Hospitality.
Experience with Opera is a plus.
