Job Description:
SA Packaging Holdings is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our high-volume packaging and production facility in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging and converting machines
Perform quality checks and make machine adjustments as needed
Follow production schedules and complete orders on time
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Record production data and report equipment issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read work instructions and use measuring tools
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts
