Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in the tire manufacturing process
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet safety and performance standards
Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
Complete shift reports and production documentation
Collaborate with other operators and team leads to meet production goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
