Job Description:
Schaeffler Group USA is hiring Machine Operators at our Fort Mill, SC facility to support the production of precision components for the automotive and industrial sectors. This is a great opportunity to join a global leader in motion technology and grow your career in advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC or automated production machinery according to safety and quality standards
Monitor equipment performance and make basic adjustments
Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring tools
Complete production records and maintain a clean work area
Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work various shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
