Job Description:
Roseburg Forest Products is hiring Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Springfield, Oregon. This position supports daily operations in our engineered wood products facility and plays a critical role in producing high-quality materials for construction and industrial use.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment for veneer, plywood, or particleboard production
Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
