Job Description:
B & D Warehouse is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates to support daily operations at our Green Bay distribution center. If you’re a dependable worker who thrives in a team environment and enjoys hands-on work, this is your opportunity to join a stable and growing logistics company.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended hours
Forklift certification is a plus (training available)
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
