Job Description:
General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ, to work on secure communication and information systems. You will support defense and aerospace projects from concept through deployment in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Define system requirements and interface specifications
Support design, integration, and testing of complex systems
Create and maintain system documentation and technical reports
Participate in customer reviews and technical design sessions
Work closely with hardware and software engineers throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in systems engineering or defense-related programs
Knowledge of system architecture and requirements traceability
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is a plus
Must be eligible for a U.S. government security clearance
