Job Description:
Dolese Bros Co is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and repairs at our concrete and aggregates production facilities in Oklahoma City. This role is critical to maintaining safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conveyors, crushers, mixers, and plant machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Weld, fabricate, and replace worn parts or components
Ensure safe operation of equipment by performing regular inspections
Document maintenance activities and report equipment issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance
Knowledge of mechanical systems, welding, and basic electrical troubleshooting
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/industrial conditions
Strong safety awareness and teamwork orientation
