Job Description:
Bridgestone Americas is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians at our manufacturing plant in Nashville, TN. This role is essential to ensuring optimal equipment operation, reducing downtime, and maintaining a safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
Support installation and startup of new machinery
Complete work orders and log maintenance records
Comply with all OSHA and Bridgestone safety standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical systems, and mechanical repair
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot independently
Available to work rotating shifts and respond to emergency calls
