Job Description:
Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support our high-volume distribution center in Middletown, DE. You’ll play a critical role in moving inventory and ensuring that all beverage shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load/unload shipments
Transport cases and pallets throughout the warehouse
Scan and record product data into inventory systems
Assist with warehouse organization and product placement
Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Requirements:
Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain upon hire
1+ year of forklift or warehouse equipment experience
Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs and working in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of warehouse inventory systems preferred
Strong safety awareness and communication skills
