Job Description:
Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Middletown, DE distribution center. This role plays a key part in our beverage logistics operation by ensuring accurate order picking, inventory handling, and shipment preparation. Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack beverage products for customer orders using RF scanning devices
Load and unload trucks, including cases and pallets
Perform routine inventory checks and product restocking
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)
Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures
Team-oriented, punctual, and detail-focused
