Job Description:
B & D Warehouse is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to support high-volume inventory movement at our Green Bay facility. This role involves material handling, shipping and receiving, and keeping the warehouse flow running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to load and unload freight safely and efficiently
Move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse
Verify shipments and perform inventory checks
Support order picking and palletizing activities
Comply with all safety standards and warehouse procedures
Requirements:
Valid forklift certification (or ability to be certified upon hire)
1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse environment
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
Strong understanding of warehouse organization and workflow
Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
