Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams is hiring Production Operators for our manufacturing facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This hands-on role is responsible for operating equipment and producing high-quality coatings and paint products. Key Responsibilities:
Operate mixers, mills, and packaging equipment according to safety standards
Load and unload raw materials and finished products
Conduct in-process quality checks and complete batch records
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Good communication and basic math skills
Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
