Working Hours: Full-Time | 14/7 or 20/10 Rotations | Day and Night Shifts

Job Description:
Precision Resource Group is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support operations in Alberta’s oilfield projects. You will operate dozers, excavators, graders, and loaders on high-value reclamation, pipeline, and lease construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently on oilfield sites
Follow directions from site supervisors and project managers
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
Work on remote and rugged terrain under varying conditions
Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in oilfield or civil construction
Valid Class 5 (or higher) driver’s license
H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance, and CSTS/CSO required
Strong understanding of safety practices in remote work environments
Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
