Job Description:
Nolato GW Inc., a leader in precision injection molding for the medical and industrial sectors, is hiring Injection Molding Operators for our Bethel, Vermont facility. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring the consistent production of high-quality molded components for global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
Inspect molded parts for defects and compliance with quality standards
Trim, package, and label finished products
Maintain accurate production and inspection records
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Experience in manufacturing or plastics preferred (will train motivated individuals)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
