Job Description:
Midwest Machinery Group is looking for skilled Assembly Line Technicians to join our production facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role involves assembling parts and components for industrial machinery, with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble machine components using tools, fixtures, and blueprints
Perform inspections and quality control throughout the assembly process
Maintain documentation and recordkeeping for each unit produced
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or material shortages
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical drawings
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
