Job Description:
FreshPack Foods is currently hiring Production Line Workers at our Green Bay, Wisconsin facility. As a member of our production team, you will help process and package food products in a clean, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and stable, long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to prepare and package food items
Monitor product quality and report issues to line supervisors
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in a food-grade environment
Package finished goods according to specifications
Maintain clean workstations and assist in daily setup and shutdown
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and punctuality
