Your day to day’
The role involves executing the Track & Trace strategy for Global Manufacturing and Engineering by leading the delivery, adoption, and evolution of Tracking and Tracing Solutions at a new Manufacturing facility. This requires close coordination and collaboration with Manufacturing, IT, IS Quality, and other internal and external partners
Lead and implement the deployment of Track & Trace solutions to enhance the digitalization of manufacturing equipment, striving for excellence while providing operational support to the factory.
Prepare a technical deployment plan of the agreed digital solutions for manufacturing processes.
Execute Delivery and Adoption of digital manufacturing systems in corporation with Local/Global IT, Central Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and External vendors to ensure Operational Readiness
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in information technology, industrial automation, operational technology, and edge computing, real-time analytics.
Proven experience in delivering digital solutions and leading digital transformation in manufacturing.
Experience in verifying Data Integrity of OT systems and integrating with IT systems.
Experience in maintaining digital standards for operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Control, Automation, Robotics with machine-to-machine, machine-to-system communication, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Data Collection Systems, Data Contextualization and Industrial Internet of Things solution (IIOT) as well as Vendor management
Knowledge about Computerized System Validation is a plus
Knowledge about GS1 General Specifications Standard is a plus
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and to build strong partnerships and trust with stakeholders within the organization
Deeply committed to innovation and advancements in digital technology.
Knowledge about Code issuing systems and tracking & Tracing Data Collection systems on the machine, Factory, and Global levels.
Ability to understand the customer and to anticipate the expectations
Strong interpersonal collaboration skills at appropriate levels of the organization and seeks input from the broader team
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptation to change
High level of personal responsibility and accountability for results
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, and Robotics / Computer Science / Equivalent
PLC Programming - Rockwell Studio 5000 Logix Designer
Computer technologies, Database systems and technology
Practical experience in computerized system validation
Project management capabilities with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Annually base salary: $ 88,500-, $ 118,000
