Join Philip Morris International as a Territory Executive driving commercial success in a ground-breaking environment.
Your day to day:
Ensure the Sell In and Sell Out objectives of the commercial channels for PMI's portfolio through the management and support of the FDV of the territory.
Implement fundamentals such as announcement of availability, pricing, portfolio penetration, and channel education.
Complete commercial windows, trade programs, and plans developed from Customer Marketing within the territory.
Conduct volume negotiations to ensure compliance with the Sell In and Sell Out budget defined month to month for commercial channels.
Manage channel inventories effectively.
Perform analysis of commercial channels data complemented with field knowledge to identify insights that contribute to developing and capitalizing on territory opportunities.
Gain SoM in the different channels where PMI's brands participate.
Coordinate and manage the channels portfolio in alignment with PMI's policies, including the respective collection management.
Who we’re looking for:
3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably from fast moving consumer goods.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Driven to take action and achieve results.
Ability to effectively engage and guide sales teams.
Strong numerical analysis skills and interpretation of Nielsen reports.
Intermediate English level.
