Job Description:
Maple Connect Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. In this role, you will assist customers by phone and email, resolving inquiries efficiently while delivering a friendly and professional experience. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for helping people, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide product and service information clearly and accurately
Handle returns, billing questions, and general concerns
Document interactions using CRM tools
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in customer service or call centers
Fluent in English (French is an asset)
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
Strong computer and multitasking skills
