Job Description:
R & R Packaging is hiring Production Line Workers to support our growing packaging operations in Gravette, Arkansas. As part of the production team, you will help assemble, package, and inspect products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Package and label finished goods for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging a plus
Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Good attention to detail and basic math skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
