Job Description:
Michigan Auto Components is hiring full-time Factory Production Workers to support our growing automotive parts manufacturing plant in Flint, Michigan. We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic to operate machinery, assemble parts, and help maintain a safe and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to assemble auto parts
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Package and label components for shipment
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Report any equipment or quality issues to supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous factory, assembly line, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
