Job Description:
Johnson Controls is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at our Pensacola, Florida manufacturing plant. In this essential role, you will help ensure optimal equipment functionality and minimal production downtime in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Document maintenance activities and report issues to plant leadership
Install and test new machinery and upgrades
Comply with OSHA safety protocols and site procedures

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial automation systems
Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
