Job Description:
FreshPack Foods is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our food production facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This hands-on role includes packing, sorting, and cleaning tasks in a safe and clean food-grade environment. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and pack fresh and frozen food items on the production line
Maintain sanitary work conditions and adhere to safety guidelines
Assist with basic machine operations and clean-up
Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
Complete production tasks quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
No prior experience required – training provided
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Ability to work in cool or refrigerated environments
Team-oriented with good communication skills
