Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to Tesla standards
Monitor production lines and ensure optimal performance
Perform quality checks and document results accurately
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and escalate as necessary
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes
Adhere to safety protocols and support a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or technical training preferred
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive or high-tech environments
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
