Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex production equipment in a cleanroom environment
Ensure products meet specifications by following standard operating procedures and work instructions
Perform in-process inspections and document results to maintain product traceability
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment and procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency

Requirements:
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Proficient in using hand tools, measurement devices, and computer systems
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
