Job Description:
Target is hiring Warehouse Workers at its Shafter Distribution Center. Join a fast-paced logistics environment where you’ll help ensure Target stores are stocked and guests get what they need.
Key Responsibilities:
– Unload, sort, and load freight safely and efficiently
– Pick, pack, and prepare orders for store shipments
– Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all Target safety standards
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED preferred
– Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs
– Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting
– Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
