Job Description:
Target is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager at its Woodland Distribution Center to lead teams in managing the flow of goods efficiently and safely through the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage warehouse team members and daily distribution operations
– Drive operational improvements related to productivity, safety, and quality
– Partner with HR, safety, and training teams to meet staffing and development goals
– Monitor inventory accuracy and oversee shipping and receiving processes
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics/supply chain experience preferred
– 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or distribution operations
– Strong problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills
– Ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic environment
