Job Description:
Takeda Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Research Associate to join its Cell Therapy Process Development team in Cambridge. This hands-on lab role supports the development of next-generation immunotherapies for rare diseases and oncology treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct experiments in cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular biology
– Support development of scalable manufacturing processes for cell therapies
– Record, analyze, and present experimental data
– Collaborate across teams including biology, analytical development, and manufacturing sciences
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
– 1–2 years of laboratory experience (industry or academic)
– Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cell culture, and basic lab instrumentation
– Strong data management and communication skills
