Job Description:
L3Harris is hiring Production Operators to assemble and test critical defense communication equipment at its Rochester manufacturing site. This hands-on role requires precision, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assemble electronic components using hand tools and microscopes
– Conduct basic electrical testing and inspections
– Follow work instructions, blueprints, and safety protocols
– Maintain cleanroom standards and ESD procedures
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED required
– Previous assembly or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
– Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks
– Strong teamwork, punctuality, and reliability
