Job Description:
Summit Corporate Services is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Toronto-based executive team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel
– Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
– Handle incoming correspondence and maintain records
– Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner

Requirements:
– 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
– High school diploma required; college diploma preferred
