Job Description:
Unilever is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to drive marketing initiatives for one of its core personal care brands. This is a high-impact role ideal for experienced marketers who thrive in fast-paced, global environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead brand strategy, product innovation, and go-to-market execution
– Manage cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, and finance
– Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance
– Oversee creative development and agency relationships
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
– 5+ years of brand management or CPG marketing experience
– Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
– Experience with Nielsen/IRI and digital marketing platforms
