Job Description:
DEKA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its multidisciplinary R&D team. This role is ideal for creative engineers passionate about designing and developing innovative medical devices and advanced robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design complex mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks
– Prototype and test mechanical systems for reliability and performance
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, biomedical)
– Support design documentation, risk analysis, and design reviews
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
– 2+ years of experience in product development or medical device design
– Strong CAD and prototyping skills (SolidWorks preferred)
– Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
