Job Description:
Procter & Gamble is hiring Plant Technicians for its paper products manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, FL. As a technician, you will operate and maintain high-speed production machinery to deliver top-quality products for global brands like Charmin® and Bounty®.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot automated production equipment
– Perform routine maintenance and quality checks
– Collaborate with team members on process improvements and safety
– Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or technical degree preferred)
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance is a plus
– Willingness to work in a physically active role and rotating shifts
