The Director of Enterprise Transformation based in Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. is an experienced leader within NORAM responsible for: Leading strategic enterprise-wide initiatives in support of the ‘Renew Danone’ strategy – with a specific focus on transformation & integration/divestiture initiatives to ‘Expand Where We Should Be’, ‘Seed the Future’ & ‘Rotate the Portfolio’. This leader reports to the VP, Enterprise Planning, Innovation & Transformation - and is a key member of the Enterprise Insights, Strategy & Planning team.
Transformation & Strategic Initiative Leadership:
- Integration/Divestiture: Lead cross-functional teams through the strategic implementation of future acquisitions / spin-offs including designing a strategic end-state model to achieve the business case, driving compliance and harmonizing to NORAM standards and considering risks & implications including the human aspects & culture within the holistic plan to ensure change enablement.
- Organizational Design: Develop and implement comprehensive organizational design strategies in alignment with strategic objectives to optimize company structure, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth & productivity.
- Planning & Process Transformation: Define the transformation agenda for the organization. Lead cross-functional teams in the analysis & redesign of enterprise-wide processes to improve organizational agility, responsiveness & efficiency.
The base compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $195,000k per year commensurate with experience. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. About you
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• +10 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Strategy or CPG with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in strategy, planning and change management/transformation is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
• Leadership amongst Senior Executives: Drive agenda to align with organizational objectives. Lead and influence effectively, across all levels and to build cross-functional relationships.
• Build and Lead High-Performing Teams: Mentor and develop teammates and cross-functional individuals.

• Program Management Experience: Lead complex initiatives at top consulting firms or within CPG. Demonstrated ability to drive effective change throughout an organization via strategic program and project stewardship.
